Calm & therapeutic in nature, this gentle flow class links body movement and breath balancing, ease, and effort, to ultimately create inner stillness. Starting slowly with stretches, the music takes you to a progressively higher energy level about midway into the class and concludes with breath work (pranayama), more stretching, and then relaxation to bring balance and peace to your day.
Relax, let loose, and unwind from the busy week. Set to an energetic music playlist and playful atmosphere, this yoga class will get you ready to start your weekend off right!
In this one hour class, we will begin with a simple meditation, move through a series of grounding poses, and breathe deeply into the body. Each pose will be held for several breaths so we can mindfully feel it deeply. We will end class with a relaxing and nourishing savasana.
Back To Basics
This class will consist of breathing exercises, breaking down yoga poses, and offering modifications to meet you where you are at. With a focus on proper alignment and anatomy in poses to prevent injury to help you to feel more comfortable with yoga.
Enjoy a vinyasa yoga flow coordinating movement with prana (breath) flowing from one asana (pose) to the next. This class will be energizing, relaxing, and fun while connecting the mind, body, and soul while listening to a classic rock music playlist. Suited for all practicing levels.

Power Vinyasa Yoga is an invigorating, powerful, energetic form of yoga where participants move or “flow” from pose to pose while connecting their breath to movement. Power Vinyasa is a form of physical fitness that builds strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and mental stamina all in a 60-minute session. All classes end in “savasana” (sha-va-sana)….a few moments of total serene bliss that leave you feeling regenerated and renewed.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links movement to breathe. This class will incorporate an athletic flow that stresses breath and proper alignment. Students will not only get a great workout, but will also leave feeling stretched, grounded, focused, and calm. All levels welcome!
